Richland Parish First Responders do that every day.
Plan to attend a free, family-friendly concert to honor these selfless friends and neighbors at 6 p.m. March 2 at the Richland Arts Center located on the Rayville High School Campus.
The concert will feature Jubilation Jazz and is jointly sponsored by the Richland Arts Council, the Richland Parish School Board and Rayville Methodist Church.
