Jennifer Hoychick’s Richland Parish Talented Art Program joined forces with a few students in the Rayville High School Ag Department to create six beautifully themed Mardi Gras table centerpieces. They worked incredibly hard down to every last detail. These stunning works of art highlight the incredible creativity and teamwork of our local students.
