On March 2, Richland Parish citizens will be able to honor their very own first responder superheroes. Jubilation Jazz will present a free community concert to celebrate those people who run toward danger instead of away from it.
The concert will begin at 6 p.m. March 2 at the Richland Arts Center located on the Rayville High campus. The event is sponsored jointly by the Richland Arts Council, the Richland Parish School Board and Rayville Methodist Church.
