Winnsboro State Bank’s Toy Drive to benefit the Wellspring is complete for 2024, helping brighten the holidays for children in Winnsboro/Franklin Parish, Gilbert, Mangham, and Rayville/Richland Parish. After the communities’ donations, the bank was still able to give an additional $1,230 towards the goal of providing every child a gift to unwrap this Christmas.
