The Rayville Kiwanis Club and the Town of Mangham kicked off the holidays with parades on Dec. 7. Delhi and Start added parades and celebrations on Dec. 14.

Also on Dec. 14, the annual Wreathes Across America event honored veterans at the Northeast Louisiana Veteran’s Cemetery.

Residents also gathered for Carols at the Cross to celebate Christmas.

Grand Marshall Joyce Smith, winner of 2024 Sellers Aycock Jr. Service Award, was grand marshal of the Rayville Kiwanis Club Christmas parade Dec. 7. (More Christmas photos on Page 2.)
