Special Meeting
April 5th, 2024
The Richland Parish Hospital Board of Commissioners met in a special session at 12:30 P.M, in the meeting room at the Richland Parish Hospital – Delhi. The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Paul Lipe.

New Business:
Proposals for Equipment Planning Services was presented to the Board for review and approval.
Proposals were received from Mazzetti + GBA, PHG, ADAMS AND SM&W. The low bid received was from Mazzetti + GBA.
Motion was made and seconded to approve the low bid proposal from Mazzetti + GBA.
Motion carried unanimously.
A request to approve the ratification of the agreement with Hotel and Restaurant Supply for Dietary Department Design Services was presented to the Board for review and approval. Only one Proposal was received from Hotel and Restaurant Supply.
Motion was made and seconded to approve the proposal from Hotel and Restaurant Supply.
Motion carried unanimously.
Informing the Board that an application for Fiscal year 2025 Community Project Funding Appropriations Request was submitted to Congresswoman Julia Letlow’s office. The funding was requested for the construction of the new Outpatient Therapy and Diabetes Education Center

The Reports presented were as follows: CQI, Transfusion, Surgery Review, Medical Records Review, Emergency Room Review, Utilization Review, Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Rural Health Clinic Review. The Safety Committee minutes were presented to the Board.

The Statistical & Financial Reports were presented and discussed with comparisons for the Hospital and DCHC.
