Notice is hereby given that Laidley, LLC has applied for a 40 l Water Quality Certification for the proposed Project Sucre to clear, grade, excavate, and place fill for the development of a corporate data center campus on over 2,250 agricultural acres located off Hwy 183 and Thomas Rd near Holly Ridge, Richland Parish. Laidley, LLC proposes to construct data center buildings and associated infrastructure, such as stormwater ponds, parking facilities, logistic centers, utility support, and access roads. The proposed action requires sizeable contiguous parcel to accommodate the substantial number of structures and required connections between them. Laidley, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.I 507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
