Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department announced the following activity for the week of July 22-28.
Arrests were made on charges of simple battery, battery of a police officer, resisting arrest, public intoxication, improper telephone usage and theft of less than $100.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 19 traffic citations this week.
That number includes 14 for speeding and one each for improper use of a temporary tag, failure to secure license and registration, improper turn with an accident, improper window tint and failure to yield with an accident.
