Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 12:30pm, August 10th, 2023 at Richland Parish Hospital, 407 Cincinnati St., Delhi, Louisiana 71232. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause or as otherwise prescribed by applicable law.
Bids received after the above-specified time for opening shall not be considered.
In accordance with LA. R.S. 38:2212(a)(1(b), the provisions and requirements of this section, those stated in the Advertisement for Bids, and those required on the proposal shall not be waived by any public entity. The Hospital Service District 1A, of the Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana, D/B/A Richland Parish Hospital strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.
